In 1978, we made resolutions to establish V-MARK TRADING COMPANY to struggle against difficulties in commercial activities. Soon after we made every effort, V-MARK TRADING COMPANY acquired the China Sole Agency of Aerospace Finishes from AKZO COATING DIVISION of the Netherlands as well as the Sole Agency of Aluminium Evaporators and Heat Exchangers from ALGOODS of Canada. All these products were successfully sold into China through V-MARK's channels and gained a good reputation. Due to the rapid expansion of business, V-MARK RESOURCES LTD. was registered in 1988 and V-MARK AVIATION COMPANY was set up in 1991. Once the head office had been consolidated in Hong Kong, V-MARK began to look abroad. The emphasis was put on the development of export business. We have been exporting consumer goods to East European countries since 1991.
